Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The U.S. Coast Guard is currently experiencing degradation in
image quality of all HFFAX products. Troubleshooting of the
problem is taking place.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong cold front
will move SE over the waters tonight. A low pressure trough will
remain across the region Thu and Thu night. A high pressure ridge
will rapidly cross the area Fri. A warm front will lift NE across
the region Fri night, followed by a cold front moving into the
waters Sat. The front will remain nearly stationary over the area
Sat night through Sun night. The front will lift northeast as a
warm front Mon and Mon night as low pressure passes well W of the
area.
