.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough will persist along the Oregon and Washington coasts
tonight, then shift inland Mon, while another trough intensifies
near Vancouver Island. The trough will persist Mon night into Wed
night, as a high pressure ridge slowly builds east towards the
waters. The ridge will weaken Thu and Thu night as a weakening
cold front approaches from the west. The front will dissipate Fri
as high pressure rebuilds to the southwest of the waters.
