.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front moving SE
over the southern waters will dissipate today as a low pressure
trough moves slowly E across the northern waters. A high pressure
ridge will build E over the region later today into Sat night,
and persist over the S portion Sun into early Mon. A strong cold
front will move SE over the northern waters later Sat night and
Sun, and then stall and weaken over the central waters Sun night
and early Mon. High pressure will rebuild over the entire area
Mon, and then persist over the central and southern waters Mon
night into Tue night, as another cold front moves over the
northern waters Tue and Tue night.
