ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...WILL SPREAD FROM THE SOUTH
LATER THIS MORNING...NORTHWARD THROUGH THE AFTERNOON TODAY. HEAVY
RAIN WILL BE THE MAIN THREAT FROM THESE STORMS...WHICH COULD LEAD TO
LOCALIZED FLOODING. SMALL HAIL MAY ALSO BE A POSSIBILITY. THIS
ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO WEDNESDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL
REMAIN BELOW NORMAL...WITH HIGHS MAINLY IN THE 70S.
