...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THURSDAY AFTERNOON FOR
STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE
AND THE NORTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE FROM 12 PM CST THROUGH 6 PM CST
THURSDAY...

* Affected Area...In Oklahoma...Cimarron...Texas and Beaver. In
  Texas...Dallam...Sherman...Hansford...Ochiltree and Lipscomb.

* 20 Foot Winds...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 11 percent.

* Timing...Critical Fire Weather conditions expected between 12
  PM and 6 PM CST on Thursday.
