* EXTREME GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER...IS FORECAST.

* TIMING...THE GREATEST FIRE WEATHER RISK IS FROM 10 AM UNTIL 6
  PM.

* WINDS...SOUTH 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 24 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY
  AND BECOME VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTROL. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT
  RECOMMENDED.
