* WIND...NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF NEAR 20 MPH..WITH GUSTS TO 30
  MPH.

* HUMIDITY...NEAR 15 PERCENT

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
