THE ELK RIVER WILL HAVE INCREASED FLOWS FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS. SNOW
MELT IS INCREASING DUE TO THE WARM ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES. THE
ELK RIVER NEAR COUNTY ROAD 42 WILL PEAK AGAIN LATE TONIGHT TO
EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THIS WILL BE THE HIGHEST PEAK SO FAR FOR
THE SEASON. EXPECT THE RIVER TO REMAIN NEAR BANKFULL FOR THE NEXT
FEW DAYS WITH THE HIGHEST PEAKS OVER NIGHT INTO EARLY MORNING.
