Water levels can be expected to rise a little on the Buttahatchie River...
Tallahatchie River...Tombigbee River.


At 11 AM Monday, the stage on the Tallahatchie River at Locopolis was
26.4 feet and rising. Flood stage is 33.0 feet.

At 11 AM Monday, the stage on the Tallahatchie River near Swan Lake
was 19.0 feet and rising. Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

At 8 PM Sunday, the stage on the Tombigbee River near Amory was 11.7
feet and rising. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

At 11 AM Monday, the stage on the Buttahatchie River near Aberdeen
was 6.9 feet and steady. Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rivers will rise a little more but quickly fall.
The next River Statement will be issued when conditions
warrant.
