* Flood Stage:                13.0 feet.
* Action Stage:                6.0 feet.
* Forecast: No flooding is expected. The river is forecast to rise
through the morning hours, cresting near 7 feet around 1 PM this
afternoon and then fall below action stage by early this evening.
