UNDER MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES...LATE AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES HAD ONLY
NUDGED INTO THE UPPER 70S AND LOWER 80S ACROSS THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS. AN AREA OF LIGHT SHOWER
ACTIVITY HAD SPREAD EASTWARD INTO PORTIONS OF FAR SOUTHERN MISSOURI
THIS AFTERNOON BUT HAVE NOW LARGELY DISSIPATED.

THIS AFTERNOONS CLOUDINESS WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY CLEAR FROM
NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST INTO THIS EVENING. OVERNIGHT LOWS TONIGHT
ARE FORECAST FROM THE MIDDLE 60S OVER THE EASTERN OZARKS TO NEAR 70
DEGREES OVER FAR SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS.

FRIDAY...SATURDAY...AND SUNDAY WILL BE HOT...DRY...AND BREEZY AT
TIMES WITH HIGHS IN THE 90S. THE CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL RETURN ON MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT AS A COLD
FRONT PUSHES SOUTHWARD THROUGH THE AREA
