23N. EXTENSIVE CLOUDINESS AND PATCHY RAIN ARE PRESENT ALONG AND UP
TO 280 MILES NORTHWEST OF THIS BOUNDARY.

A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH STRETCHES EASTWARD FROM 3N130E THROUGH A
WEAK CIRCULATION CENTERED SOUTH OF MAJURO AT 4N171E TO END AT
EQ178E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE FOUND SOUTH OF
YAP...CHUUK AND POHNPEI SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 2N130E TO 6N162E.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING SOUTHEAST OF
KOSRAE BETWEEN 5N AND THE EQUATOR FROM 165E TO 172E.

A TRADE-WIND DISTURBANCE COMBINED WITH UPPER-LEVEL DIVERGENCE IS
GENERATING SCATTERED SHOWERS EAST OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS BETWEEN
11N AND THE EQUATOR FROM 173E TO 180.
