NEAR 15N148E MOVING WEST AT 12 MPH WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF
60 MPH. HEAVY RAIN AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH
SOUDELOR ARE FOUND BETWEEN 10N AND 22N FROM 145E TO 155E. FOR MORE

SOUDELOR...THEN TURNS SOUTHEASTWARD THROUGH A WEAK CIRCULATION SOUTH OF
MAJURO NEAR 1N178E. LOW-LEVEL CONVERGENCE ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE
TROUGH IS GENERATING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS OVER
THE REPUBLIC OF PALAU BETWEEN 5N AND 12N FROM 130E TO 135E... ACROSS
YAP...CHUUK...POHNPEI AND KOSRAE STATES BETWEEN 2N AND 10N FROM 135E
TO 165E. AN AREA OF SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
NORTH OF THE TROUGH CAN BE FOUND NEAR MAJURO AND KWAJALEIN BETWEEN 7N
AND 11N FROM 168E TO 174E.
