...LIGHT SNOWFALL IMPACTING THE SANTA FE METRO AREA...

A band of light snow that developed along the west slopes of the
Sangre de Cristo Mountains will continue to impact the Santa Fe
area through late this morning. The combination of snowfall with
temperatures in the teens will allow roadways to develop a coating
of ice, including Interstate 25. Snowfall accumulations around one
inch are likely, especially along and east of Saint Francis Drive
into the Santa Fe foothills. Snow is expected to taper off through
noon. The latest travel conditions are available at nmroads.com
or by dialing 511.
