STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL GUST TO AROUND 55 MPH NEAR ARLINGTON
THROUGH 7 AM. THIS WILL IMPACT TRAVEL ALONG INTERSTATE 80 IN THE
ARLINGTON AREA. MOTORISTS DRIVING HIGH PROFILE OR LIGHTWEIGHT VEHICLES
SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR THESE STRONG WINDS AND MAY WANT TO DELAY
