...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHEASTERN LUNA AND CENTRAL
DONA ANA COUNTIES UNTIL 815 PM MDT...

At 730 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary with
dense blowing dust...stretching from Cookes Peak...east to
Leasburg...to Organ on Highway 70.   This will cross interstate 10
by 750 pm MDT...and will create hazardous driving conditions on I 10
with visibilities near zero miles in some locations.  If you see
dense blowing dust ahead...pull of the road and turn your lights
off...stay alive!  Las Cruces and areas east along highway 70 will
also see reduced visibilities.

Winds in excess of 40 mph with this outflow boundary.

Locations impacted include...
Las Cruces, Deming, Leasburg, Mesilla, East Mesa, Radium Springs,
Nmsu Main Campus, White Sands Main Post, Dona Ana, Akela, Talavera,
Corralitos, Uvas Valley, Fairacres, Organ, Soledad Canyon, Aguirre
Springs, Dripping Springs, Rock Hound State Park and Lookout Peak.
