LIKELY THIS MORNING. TEMPERATURES ARE AT...OR SLIGHTLY BELOW...
FREEZING ACROSS THIS HIGH TERRAIN. PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE AND
POOR ROAD VISIBILITY IN FOG MAY ALSO BE SEEN ALONG THE RIDGE TOPS.
