BEACH WINDS..................North winds 10 to 15 mph increasing to
                             15 to 20 mph by mid afternoon.
WAVE HEIGHTS.................2 to 3 feet building to 4 to 5 feet by
                             early afternoon.

WAVES IN AU TRAIN BAY........2 to 3 feet building to 3 to 4 feet by
