1. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS 1050 MILES SOUTHEAST OF THE BIG ISLAND
MOVING WEST AT 7 MPH. THERE IS NO DEEP CONVECTION WITHIN 120 MILES
OF ITS CENTER. DUE TO UNFAVORABLE UPPER LEVEL WINDS...DEVELOPMENT
INTO A TROPICAL SYSTEM IS NOT LIKELY.
