* LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND
  INTENSITY THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* SNOWFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR ARE EXPECTED
  WITHIN THE HEAVIEST LAKE EFFECT SNOW BANDS.

* SNOW RATIOS WILL AVERAGE 20:1...RESULTING IN A DRY SNOW WHICH
  WILL BE MORE LIKELY TO BLOW AROUND.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 5 TO 10 INCHES ARE EXPECTED
  THROUGH THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE
  POSSIBLE WHERE SNOW SHOWERS PERSIST THE LONGEST.

* EXPECT SIGNIFICANT REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY. WIND GUSTS OF 15
  TO 25 MPH WILL RESULT IN SUBSTANTIAL BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT...INCLUDING DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE
  ON WEDNESDAY.
