.LIGHT SNOW WILL MOVE INTO PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND
NORTHEAST IOWA EARLY THIS MORNING AND THEN CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH
OF THE DAY. ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE...
ALTHOUGH AMOUNTS MAY VARY GREATLY OVER SHORT DISTANCES. THE
HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED ALONG AND WEST OF A LINE FROM
DODGE CENTER TO OSAGE TO BASSETT. THE SNOW WILL LIKELY CREATE
SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS WHICH WILL IMPACT THE MORNING COMMUTE AND
