...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow and blowing snow expected. Travel
  will be very difficult at times. Additional snow accumulations
  of 8 to 14 inches are expected in the most persistent lake
  snows.

* WHERE...Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie
  counties. Greatest snow amounts will focus inland from Lake Erie
  on the higher terrain of the Chautauqua Ridge, Boston Hills, and
  Wyoming County.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will
  produce significant blowing and drifting snow. This will combine
  with heavy snow to produce very difficult travel at times, with
  very low visibility and deep snow cover on roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling, be
prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.

  very low visibility and deep snow cover on roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will cause
  areas of blowing and drifting snow. The combination of snow and
  blowing snow will create difficult travel at times, with low
  visibility and snow covered roads.

Periods of snow and blowing snow will result in snow covered
roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while
driving.
