...Accumulating snows have ended this morning...

.The heavy band of snow across the southern Coastal Bend has
shifted eastward this morning. Accumulating snows have ended
across the area and little to no additional snowfall is expected.
In addition, wind chill values have slowly climbed to above 25
degrees.
