* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW OVER MOST OF THE AREA BETWEEN
  11 PM AND 1 AM. LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL FALL THROUGH
