 * FREEZING RAIN DEVELOPING LATE TODAY AND CONTINUING THIS EVENING
   WITH TEMPERATURES JUST BELOW 32 DEGREES.

 * BRIEF MIXTURE OF SLEET AND SNOW POSSIBLE AT ONSET, BUT LITTLE
   IF ANY ACCUMULATION.

 * TEMPERATURES RISING ABOVE 32 DEGREES SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT,
   ALLOWING FOR A CHANGEOVER TO A COLD RAIN.

IMPACTS...

 * ICE ACCUMULATION OF A TENTH TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH EXPECTED, MAINLY
   ON ELEVATED SURFACES.

 * ICY ROADS, MAINLY SECONDARY AND UNTREATED ROADS.

A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN OR

 * TEMPERATURES RISING ABOVE 32 DEGREES TOWARD SUNRISE TUESDAY,
