URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Freezing rain is possible Monday night into Tuesday morning...

.A winter storm will bring the potential for freezing rain to
Benton, Buchanan, and Delaware Counties Monday evening into
Tuesday morning. Cooling temperatures across this area brings the
risk of ice accumulations of 1 to 2 tenths of an inch across this
area. Temperatures will be near or below freezing for several
hours. Any changes in the track of the storm system and
temperatures will have an impact on where ice accumulates and how
much. Anyone with travel plans should closely monitor the
forecast for updates over the next couple of days.

  conditions, including during the morning commute on Tuesday.
