...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 3 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

Temperatures have slowly increased to near or slightly above
freezing across the eastern counties of North and North and
Central Texas. Meanwhile, precipitation associated with an upper
level disturbance was moving out of the area to the east.
Therefore, the Winter Weather Advisory will be allowed to expire
at 3 PM CST.
