...WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL CAUSE SLIPPERY ROADS IN NORTH-
CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS AFTERNOON...

.A strong storm system tracking northeast of the area this
afternoon will continue to produce mainly snow across
north-central Wisconsin this afternoon before tapering off.

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has cancelled the
Winter Weather Advisory.

Look for snow or a snow mix to taper off the next hour. Scattered
slippery spots will remain on untreated roads.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* TIMING...Snow will gradually taper off the late this afternoon.

* ICE/SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...A total snow accumulation of 2 to 5
  inches is expected, mainly north and west of a line from
  Tomahawk to Rhinelander to Crandon to Tipler.

* MAIN IMPACT...Roads will remain slippery due to snow, and some
  ice accumulation this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that snow, sleet, and freezing
rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
