URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
840 PM CST Wed Dec 13 2017

...CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO SLOWLY IMPROVE OVERNIGHT AS THE SNOW-
PRODUCING STORM SYSTEM PULLS AWAY FROM THE AREA...

.The low pressure system that produce widespread snow across the
area today through early this evening will continue to depart the
region. Only scattered light snow showers and flurries lingered
in it`s wake, and little additional accumulation is expected.
Winds were also beginning to decrease over eastern Wisconsin, so
the blowing and drifting will also subside.

...WINTER STORM WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 9 PM CST THIS EVENING...

The snow has just about ended and winds were beginning to
diminish. As a result, the winter storm warning will be allowed to
expire at 900 pm. But it will take some time for highway
crews to treat all the the roads, so hazardous travel conditions
will likely persist overnight and possibly into Thursday. The
Thursday morning commute could still take a little longer than
normal, so plan accordingly.
