* HAZARD TYPES...LIGHT ICE ACCUMULATION.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATIONS FROM A TRACE TO FIVE
  HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...AREAS OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE
  AREA DURING THE MORNING HOURS...CHANGING TO RAIN BY NOON.

* IMPACTS...LIGHT AMOUNTS OF ICING WILL CAUSE SOME ROADS AND
  SIDEWALKS TO BECOME SLIPPERY. USE CAUTION WHEN OUTDOORS AS AREAS
  THAT LOOK WET MAY BE ICY. IF YOU MUST DRIVE...BE CAUTIOUS AS YOU
  MAY ENCOUNTER ICE ON ROADS.

* TEMPERATURES...RISING FROM THE 20S AROUND SUNRISE INTO THE LOWER
  AND MID 30S BY NOON.

A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN OR
