...HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW CENTRAL PANHANDLE MOUNTAINS INTO
THE PALOUSE SUNDAY...

.A potent storm system will bring the next round of moderate to
heavy snow along with gusty winds today. The heaviest snow will
fall across the Central Panhandle Mountains expanding into the
Palouse. These locations have recently received 4 to 8 inches of
light, fluffy snow. The incoming storm system will produce gusty
winds which is likely to create drifting and blowing snow. Travel
in these areas may become treacherous at times. Lighter snow and
less wind will impact the Northern Idaho Panhandle from Coeur d`Alene
toward Bonners Ferry.
