* LOCATIONS...ALL OF THE NORTHWEST PIEDMONT INCLUDING THE TRIAD
  REGION... ASHEBORO... AND ROXBORO.

* HAZARD TYPES...PRECIPITATION WILL START OUT AS LIGHT SNOW SUNDAY
  NIGHT BEFORE TRENDING TO SLEET THEN FREEZING RAIN MONDAY
  MORNING... AND TO JUST RAIN MONDAY EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES...ALONG WITH
  A LIGHT ICE ACCUMULATION OF LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...WINTRY PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO START LATE SUNDAY
  EVENING... AND CONTINUE THROUGH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND MUCH OF
