Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Increasingly more adverse marine conditions are
forecast through the period, courtesy of an intensifying pressure
gradient and the subsequent passage of a cold front. Small Craft
Exercise Caution to Small Craft Advisory will be needed, mainly
during the weekend and especially for the far offshore Gulf of
Mexico waters.

.SUNDAY...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to 25
knots in the afternoon. Choppy bay waters becoming rough bay
waters in the afternoon.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 20 to 25 knots. Rough bay waters.

knots in the afternoon. Choppy bay waters becoming a light chop
on the bay in the afternoon.
