...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN CALEDONIA...SOUTH
CENTRAL ORLEANS AND SOUTHERN ESSEX COUNTIES THROUGH 415 PM EDT...

At 330 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Stannard, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
St. Johnsbury, Lyndon, Greensboro, West Burke Village, Guildhall,
Lyndonville Village, Stannard, East Haven, Granby, Wheelock, Kirby,
Victory, Burke, Sutton, Lunenburg, Greensboro Bend, Maidstone,
Walden, Sheffield, and Maidstone State Park.

This includes Interstate 91 between mile markers 133 and 149.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
