.DISCUSSION...Weak high pressure will be along the coast again
today with easterly flow continuing to keep a moist air mass over
the burn area. Scattered low clouds currently around the area will
mix out by ignition time with scattered cumulus developing through
the day. Surface and transport winds will be southeasterly through
the day with minimum afternoon RH will be around 47 percent. An
inversion will develop with sunset however winds will remain 5 to
7 mph overnight. Patchy fog is possible tonight mainly in fog
prone locations.
