...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL AROOSTOOK AND NORTH
CENTRAL PENOBSCOT COUNTIES THROUGH 245 PM EDT...

At 202 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Shin Pond, or 13 miles north of Patten, moving north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ashland, Masardis, Mount Chase, Oxbow, Moosehorn Crossing, Shin Pond,
Nashville Plantation, Hersey, Moro Plantation, Grand Lake Seboeis,
and Garfield.
