High pressure will build in from the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley
and become centered over the Commonwealth tonight with mainly
clear skies and lighter winds. Low temperatures by daybreak Friday
morning will range from the mid-teens across the northern tier to
the upper 20s near Philadelphia.

Clouds will gradually increase and thicken-up on Friday, with
rain beginning over western Pennsylvania Friday evening. The rain
will overspread the rest of the region Friday night and continue
into Saturday morning. The rain could mix with wet snow across the
northern tier early on Saturday morning.
