...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL LARAMIE COUNTY
THROUGH 430 PM MDT...

At 354 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Ranchettes, or near Cheyenne, moving southeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cheyenne, North Cheyenne, Ranchettes, Carpenter, South Greeley, and
Fox Farm-College.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 13 and 21.
 Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 362 and 380.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Cheyenne.
