nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

twice the significant wave height.

High pressure far northeast of the state will shift south and
dissipate even as a second high builds to the north. Moderate to
fresh trade winds will strengthen on Friday and persist through
the weekend.
