This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected through the upcoming
weekend. While anomalous warmth will drive afternoon humidity values
down around 20 percent, marginal winds of 20 mph or less will
preclude headlines.

We continue to monitor a stronger storm system moving onto the Plains
in the Monday and Tuesday time frame. While confidence in placement
of greatest fire weather and thunderstorm potential is somewhat
uncertain, greater certainty is in seeing strong wind gusts in the 40
to 50 mph range across much of the area. Precipitation chances will
increase with this system later Monday into Tuesday with areas north
of Interstate 80 most likely to see wetting rains. Folks with outdoor
plans should continue to monitor later forecasts for up to date
information.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
