FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.4 inches over west central Quebec
will gradually shift northeastward while deepen to 29.2 inches
tonight. The low will then fill back to 29.4 inches while
gradually shifting eastward across the providence through early
Thursday morning. Farther west, high pressure of 30.1 inches will
continue to spread southeast over the Plains tonight. The high
will eventually drift east to the western Lakes by early Thursday,
then will remain in place and strengthen to 30.2 inches while
drifting very slowly east into Saturday.
