IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...ELONGATED BUT QUICK MOVING LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES
WILL DROP SOUTHEAST OVER LAKE MICHIGAN THROUGH THE REST OF
TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL SLOW AND MERGE WITH ANOTHER LOW OFF THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN THURSDAY.
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES MOVES ACROSS SOUTHERN MANITOBA
THURSDAY NIGHT AND INTO QUEBEC BY SATURDAY WITH A TRAILING COLD
