WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER NORTHWEST MINNESOTA
WILL MOVE NORTHEAST INTO ONTARIO TONIGHT...WITH A TRAILING COLD
FRONT MOVING ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT AS THE
LOW DEEPENS TO 29.3 INCHES NORTH OF THE LAKES. THE LOW WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS JAMES BAY MONDAY NIGHT...WHILE
THE COLD FRONT CLEARS THE SOUTH END OF THE LAKE AND A WEAK AREA OF
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES MOVES ACROSS ILLINOIS AND INDIANA.
THE HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO DRIFT INTO THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY AND
EASTERN LAKES BY TUESDAY NIGHT...AS ANOTHER LOW OF 29.6 INCHES
DEVELOPS OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS LOW WILL ALSO MOVE
NORTHEAST INTO ONTARIO WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...WITH ANOTHER COLD
FRONT TRAILING ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN THURSDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY
