WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES WAS
OVER LOWER MICHIGAN THIS MORNING AND IS EXPECTED TO SLIDE EAST AND
REACH THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES TONIGHT. A LARGE AREA OF HIGH
PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL
QUICKLY MOVE EAST TOWARDS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES THIS EVENING.
THEN THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN OVER THE REGION THROUGH
TUESDAY...WITH THE RIDGE CENTER SLIDING EAST OF LAKE MICHIGAN BY
WEDNESDAY.
