WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES AND
FRONTAL BOUNDARY STRETCHING FROM SOUTHEAST ONTARIO TO THE SOUTHERN
PLAINS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE LAKE TONIGHT WITH NEW LOW PRESSURE OF
29.9 INCHES DEVELOPING ALONG THIS BOUNDARY BY EARLY SATURDAY
MORNING. THIS LOW WILL STRENGTHEN TO 29.8 INCHES AS IT MOVES
THROUGH THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES INTO SOUTHEAST ONTARIO
SATURDAY...AND THEN CONTINUING TO STRENGTHEN TO 29.7 INCHES
SATURDAY NIGHT AS IT MOVES INTO SOUTHERN QUEBEC. MEANWHILE...A
RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES EXTENDING ACROSS THE
PLAINS WILL BUILD EAST ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES SATURDAY
NIGHT INTO SUNDAY...AND THEN CONTINUING TO BUILD EAST OVER THE
CENTRAL AND EASTERN GREAT LAKES THROUGH MONDAY.
