WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A RIDGE AVERAGING 30.6 INCHES STRETCHES FROM
SASKATCHEWAN INTO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS EARLY THIS MORNING AND WILL
BECOME CENTERED OVER THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT THEN SHIFT TO THE MID
ATLANTIC SATURDAY NIGHT. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL MOVE
OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS SUNDAY THEN LIFT ACROSS SOUTHERN LAKE
MICHIGAN SUNDAY EVENING. THE LOW WILL MOVE TO NEW ENGLAND MONDAY
NIGHT. A 30.1 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS EARLY
MONDAY THEN MOVE TO THE OHIO VALLEY LATE MONDAY. ANOTHER RIDGE OF
30.5 INCHES WILL BUILD INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS TUESDAY THEN
SPREAD ACROSS THE MIDWEST WEDNESDAY.
