IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES CENTERED OVER THE MID
MISSOURI VALLEY WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN LAKES AND OHIO
VALLEY TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP OVER
JAMES BAY TONIGHT AND DEEPEN TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT MOVES ACROSS
NORTHERN QUEBEC TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER AREA OF HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS MANITOBA AND ONTARIO ON
WEDNESDAY AND THEN ACROSS THE EASTERN LAKES AND SOUTHERN QUEBEC
THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY...AS SEVERAL LOWS AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES
