WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...
LOW PRESSURE OF 28.9 INCHES IS LOCATED OVER HUDSON BAY WITH A
COLD FRONT TRAILING SOUTH FROM THIS LOW LIKELY TO MOVE ACROSS THE
LAKE THIS MORNING. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL BUILD
SOUTHEAST FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES
IN THE WAKE OF THIS FRONT. THE HIGH WILL BE CENTERED OVER THE
GREAT LAKES BY WEDNESDAY...THEN MORE SOUTHEAST TO THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
