FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.7 over central Indiana will
deepen to 29.3 inches moving to New York by Tuesday morning.
High pressure of 30.0 inches will quickly pass over the Western
Lakes Wednesday, and a 29.7 inch low will pass over the southern
end of the lake or just south of the lake Wednesday evening.
Several weak low will pass over the lake toward the weekend, with
a 29.6 low of note expected to pass through on Saturday.

.TUESDAY...North gales to 40 kt. Freezing spray. Chance of snow
showers. Waves 10 to 14 ft occasionally to 18 ft subsiding to
8 to 11 ft occasionally to 14 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...North winds to 30 kt diminishing to 10 to 20 kt
overnight. Chance of snow. Waves 7 to 10 ft occasionally to 13 ft
subsiding to 3 to 5 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 kt. Chance of snow in the
afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 ft subsiding to 1 to 2 ft in the

showers. Waves 14 to 18 ft occasionally to 23 ft subsiding to
10 to 14 ft occasionally to 18 ft late.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds to 30 kt diminishing to 10 to
20 kt late. Chance of snow. Waves 8 to 12 ft occasionally to
