WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.8 INCH LOW LIES OVER WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS EARLY
THIS MORNING WHILE A TROUGH OF 29.7 INCHES IS DRAPED ACROSS FAR
NORTHERN ONTARIO AND JAMES BAY. THE SOUTHERN LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS
THE OHIO VALLEY TODAY WHILE THE NORTHERN LOW WILL DROP INTO THE
UPPER MIDWEST BY TONIGHT. THESE LOWS WILL CONGEAL ACROSS THE
EASTERN LAKES REGION TUESDAY NIGHT. RIDGING OF 30.0 INCHES WILL
BUILD ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN ON WEDNESDAY AS ANOTHER 29.7 INCH LOW
DEVELOPS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE LOW WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS
THE OHIO VALLEY WHILE THE HIGH SPREADS ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES
THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK.
