WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...WEAK LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES OVER THE OHIO VALLEY
WILL DRIFT EAST ACROSS THE NORTHERN APPALACHIANS OVERNIGHT...WHILE
WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES SETTLES ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES
FROM THE NORTH. STRONGER HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL DEVELOP
ACROSS QUEBEC BY EARLY SUNDAY AND WILL DRIFT EAST ACROSS THE
CANADIAN MARITIMES BY SUNDAY NIGHT...WHILE WEAKER RIDGING LINGERS
ACROSS THE LAKES. A LARGE TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.6
INCHES WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST ACROSS THE PLAINS EARLY NEXT WEEK
REACHING THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN LAKES BY MID WEEK.
