FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure ridging averaging 30.1 inches will
quickly pass over the western Great Lakes tonight as low pressure
of 29.7 inches north of Lake Erie continues east into New England
late tonight. Another low of 29.8 inches will dig southeast
across the upper Midwest and western Lakes Monday, and will deepen
to 29.6 near Lake Ontario Monday night, deepening further to 29.3
inches near Lake Erie Tuesday. High pressure of 30.1 inches will
spread across the western Great Lakes Wednesday. A low pressure
trough averaging 29.7 inches will cross Lake Michigan Wednesday
night into early Thursday.

evening...then slight chance of snow overnight. Waves 4 to 6 ft
occasionally to 8 ft subsiding to 2 to 4 ft.
.MONDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt becoming west. Chance of
snow in the morning...then snow likely in the afternoon. Waves
2 to 4 ft building to 3 to 5 ft from late morning on.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds to 30 kt becoming north gales to
40 kt from late evening on. Chance of snow. Freezing spray
overnight. Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft building to 9 to
13 ft occasionally to 16 ft.
.TUESDAY...North gales to 40 kt diminishing to 30 kt in the
afternoon. Freezing spray. Chance of snow showers. Waves 8 to
12 ft occasionally to 16 ft subsiding to 7 to 10 ft occasionally
to 13 ft in the afternoon.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...North winds to 30 kt. Freezing spray in the
evening. Chance of snow showers in the evening. Waves 5 to 8 ft
