WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES NORTHEAST OF LAKE SUPERIOR
WILL MOVE INTO QUEBEC BY THIS AFTERNOON...TRAILING A COLD FRONT
WHICH WILL STALL NORTH OF LAKE MICHIGAN. DEEPER LOW PRESSURE OF
29.5 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES EARLY
SUNDAY MORNING TO CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN BY LATE MONDAY MORNING.
THIS LOW WILL THEN MOVE SLOWLY EAST TO NEAR LAKE HURON BY LATE
MONDAY NIGHT AND TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES BY TUESDAY EVENING.
MEANWHILE...AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE NEAR 30.4 INCHES WILL BUILD
SOUTHWARD OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST ON TUESDAY.
