FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure averaging 29.9 inches
stretches across the Great Lakes and New England with a trough of
low pressure of 29.8 inches over the Ohio River Valley. The low is
expected to dissipate tonight as the high remains nearly
stationary. Developing low pressure of 29.6 inches over the
central plains will persist over the region into the weekend. The
low will lift across Lake Superior Saturday night, with a trailing
cold front moving across Lake Michigan Sunday.
