WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES WILL BUILD
SOUTHEAST FROM SOUTHERN MANITOBA CANADA INTO THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES REGION ON WEDNESDAY. THE HIGH WILL THEN MOVE SOUTHEAST TO
THE MID ATLANTIC COAST BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4
INCHES WILL THEN DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS THURSDAY
INTO FRIDAY. THE LOW WILL WEAKEN A BIT TO 29.7 INCHES AS IT MOVES
SLOWLY NORTHEAST TOWARD AND INTO NORTHERN ILLINOIS OVER THE
WEEKEND.
