WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER NEAR THE SOO
WAS DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE EARLY THIS MORNING.
THIS LOW WILL SHIFT NORTHEAST ACROSS LAKE HURON BY MIDDAY
TODAY...THEN CONTINUE NORTHEASTWARD AND MERGE WITH A SECOND AREA
OF LOW PRESSURE ACROSS QUEBEC...WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.3 INCHES BY
WEDNESDAY MORNING. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONTAL TROUGH WILL CROSS
LAKE MICHIGAN THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY...BEFORE HIGH PRESSURE
AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES SPREADS EAST FROM THE MID MISSOURI VALLEY TO
THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. THE
HIGH WILL BUILD SLIGHTLY TO 30.2 INCHES AS IT DRIFTS EAST ACROSS
THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES REGION THURSDAY.
