WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.8 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN AND
CENTRAL PLAINS WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST AND BE CENTERED OVER THE
LOWER LAKES AND OHIO VALLEY FRIDAY NIGHT BUT COVER THE EASTERN TWO
THIRDS OF THE NATION. THE HIGH WILL MOVE EAST OFF THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST SUNDAY. A WEAK COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS THE LAKE
SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ANOTHER HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM OF 30.6
INCHES IS EXPECTED TO BUILD ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND UPPER
MISSOURI VALLEY SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT.
