WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...EXPANSIVE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES CENTERED OVER
WESTERN ONTARIO WILL MOVE TO EASTERN ONTARIO BY FRIDAY NIGHT. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL GRADUALLY TAKE SHAPE ACROSS THE
CENTRAL PLAINS FRIDAY INTO FRIDAY NIGHT. THE LOW WILL LIFT TO
SOUTHERN MANITOBA BY SATURDAY NIGHT AND THEN VERY SLOWLY EAST TO
THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES BY EARLY NEXT WEEK.
